Job Description

Manage end to end offline marketing. Identify, engage and build successful cross marketing partnerships with other companies. Help improve the reach of Rapido and increasing the app usage.

Role & Responsibility:

Conceptualising, planning & Executing New marketing Plan for Different Cities.
Developing, testing and analysing new tactics to increase conversion rates and sharing them within the organisation
This role requires a high degree of stakeholder management and provides exposure across departments
Assist the Regional Manager in implementing a marketing strategy that is aligned with the Company Goal.
Assist in Implementation of assigned brand plans and budget to meet revenue and profit targets
Build and manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors and suppliers
Manage all BTL and offline initiatives of Rapido
Identify potential companies for partnerships
Submit daily MIS report on the day to day activities
Research on the consumer behaviour and Brand positioning

Preferred Skills:

-Bachelor's degree/PG required
-2-4 years work experience with relevant experience, preferably In Brand
management & ATL Agencies.
-Knowledge about digital marketing will be an added advantage.
-Strong ATL/BTL Marketing knowledge
-Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation
