Job Description:
1) Candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively engage and interact with
eMail/chat customers in a variety of different situations.
2) Adaptive learning based on previous experiences and prepare canned responses to tackle future
escalations/queries
3) Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and excellent customer service skills.
4) Follow predefined support procedures and create new policies as per requirement
5) Proactively identify any scope of optimization and develop process to increase efficiency,
resolution & conversion rate and improve customer satisfaction
6) Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve of any issues.

Skills:
1) Have minimum 1 year of relevant experience communicating with users/customers via
eMail/Chat
2) Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
3) Excellent written communication skills in English.
4) Capable of Handling multiple chats/Congruency- at a time.
5) Typing Speed of 36-44 WPM
