Job Description

Key responsibilities
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively engage and interact with chat customers in a variety of different situations.
  • Effectively engaging with chat
  • Adaptive learning based on previous chat experiences and prepare canned responses to tackle future escalations/queries
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and excellent customer service skills.
  • Follow predefined support procedures and create new policies as per requirement
  • Proactively identify any scope of optimization and develop process to increase efficiency, resolution & conversion rate and improve customer satisfaction
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve of any issues.
  • Have minimum 1 year of relevant experience communicating with users/customers over webchat.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Capable of critical thinking to handle any type of situation
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Capable of Handling multiple chats at a time.
