Seeking for a field operations manager to tackle and improve our field operations by coordinating with our Delivery executive’s (DE) and Caption Care Center (CCC). Successful candidates will be talented team managers, as the role centers around establishing and improving execution, evaluation, and communication best practices.
Responsibilities and Duties
Regular follow up’s with delivery executives to ensure regular attendance & productivity.
Target is to increase rider count by maintaining a delivery count of each rider/ Zone and track rider’s daily performance.
Handle orders related escalations with our Caption Care Center team and partners team and manage the day to day incentive structures.
Assess and evaluate the team and individual performance.
Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals.

Experience in managing operations, logistics, warehouse operations.
Excellent organization skills.
Experience evaluating and training team members.
Analytical, goal-oriented work style.
Any degree in any specialization.
Minimum of 1-year experience in operations and logistics.
